GixSwaps ("we", "us", "our") operates gixswaps.com, a gift card buying service based in New York, NY, USA. We are not affiliated with any gift card issuer or brand mentioned on our site.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal USA resident. By submitting a card you confirm you are the rightful owner, the card was legally obtained, and all information is accurate.
Minimum card value we accept is $25 USD. Cards below are rejected. For smaller cards, contact support to arrange bundled submissions.
Submitting a gift card is an offer to sell to us at the rate shown in the calculator. We verify the card's authenticity, balance, and condition before purchase. If verification reveals a discrepancy, we'll contact you with the revised offer before proceeding. Once verified and paid, the transaction is final.
We may reject submissions if: balance is zero or lower than claimed, card appears fraudulent/stolen, card is from an unsupported brand or region, value is below $25, images are unclear, or contact info is false.
We pay via PayPal, CashApp, or Bitcoin after verification. We are not responsible for third-party processor delays, errors in the payment address you provided, or Bitcoin network congestion.
No stolen/fraudulently obtained gift cards, no reselling redeemed cards, no duplicate submissions, no impersonation, no illegal activity. Violations result in ban, non-payment, and possible law enforcement referral.
Service provided "as-is". Max liability for any claim is limited to the amount owed for the specific transaction.
We may update these terms. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use = acceptance.
